Return Policy

In general, we are unable to accept any requests for product exchange or order cancellation. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective product only.


You must immediately check whether the ordered products are damaged or missing upon receipt of goods. If you find that the ordered product is damaged, you can contact us via support@qivation.com or (+852)28927398 to request for exchange.


Returned products must include complete packaging, accessories, instruction manual, all the gifts (If applicable) and receipt must be kept intact, otherwise the replacement will not be accepted. The logistic cost for any type of return or replacement should be borne by the customer at all times.   


Faulty Items can only be exchanged for the same item. if the requested replacement product has been sold out, customer can choose to exchange for other products or accept cash coupons, cash coupons can only be used online at Qivation.com.


Exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

l  More than seven days after store purchase/courier delivery.

l  The product has been unpacked and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as: defaced, malfunctioned, damaged, dirtied.

l  Non-major blemishes, color difference varies from the product photos, minor size difference varies from the product specification

l  Slightly damaged on the outer packaging carton will not affect the quality of the product itself.

l  The packaging of the replacement goods is damaged and incomplete, or the receipt and accessories are not complete.

l  Malicious or massive exchanges.

l  Replacement due to personal factors.
