*The Nano Photocatalyst material "Titanium Dioxide TiO2" adopted by Qivation is composed of water-soluble Titanium Dioxide and pure water only. It has obtained the PIAJ certificate to prove the self-cleaning, antibacterial and air purification effects. The Nano Photocatalyst technology has also passed the Japanese experimental test to verify it is capable for inactivate the coronavirus (COVID-19). *Recommend replacing the cotton wick every 1 to 2 weeks or subject to the cotton wick condition

Remarks: The use of this product is the same as a general humidifier, however, the aromatherapy essential oil will not be supplied and as part of the package. If the customer according to their own interest uses their own aromatherapy essential oils in this product, the lamp must clean frequently, otherwise, it is easy to corrode the machine board and atomizer, resulting in blockage and failure.
If there is any improper usage inclusive of the description above during the warranty period, the warranty service will not be available.
