Shipping charges for your order may vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the order placed and will be calculated accordingly and displayed at checkout. Qivation Company Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders at Qivation Company Limited are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after 5 working days of purchases, please reach us at support@qivation.com. We will get back to you within 1 working days.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

Hong Kong Exchange and Returns

For online orders, we will accept exchange and refund on damaged items within 30days from the receipt of items. Please contact us via support@qivation.com or (+852) 28927398

Please note that our Exchange and Return policy is only applicable to online orders. Qivation Company Limited monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We will not accept any product return / exchange request for reasons that is not relevant to product quality.

Once an exchange or refund offer is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: (a) refund to your payment method (b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available) within 2-3 working days.

Product Warranty, Conformity and Disclaimer

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Applicable for Qivation – Lighting Q series, the warranty period offer is two (2) years from date of purchase, based on up to 3 hours average working time per day, when used as directed and operated under the applicable instructions.

This warranty

shall not apply without limitations to defects or error caused by improper use, fitness for a particular purpose, signals interference, electrical power or battery problems, normal wear and tear, modification of the Product or its components, negligence and all other causes. Home automation devices have the risk of failure to operate, incorrect operation, or electrical or mechanical tampering and should be viewed as a convenience, but not as a sole method for controlling your home.

QIVATION’S LIABILITY, RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY CAUSE OR NATURE WHATSOEVER, IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDING ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE AND FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OTHER THAN DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURIES. Some countries territories, regions or states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above exclusion or limitations may not apply to your situation. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country or per state or region.

DISPOSING AND RECYCLING YOUR PRODUCT

This symbol on the product or packaging means that according to local laws and regulations needs to be disposed of separately from household waste and sent to recycling because it contains electronic components. Please check with your local authorities for collection and disposal arrangement.
