Return and Refund Policy
We are unable to accept any requests for returns, refunds, order cancellations, or exchanges. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective product only.
Customers may apply for a replacement of defective products within 7 days from the date of receipt. The product must remain in its original packaging, with no damage to the packaging, and the product must be unused.
Return and Exchange Process
1. All return and exchange requests must first be communicated with us via Order@qivation.com , otherwise, the company reserves the right to decline the arrangement.
2. When applying for a return or exchange, please provide the order number, product serial number (if applicable), photos of the product's current condition, and details of the damage. As the packaging is considered part of the product, it must also be returned along with the product.
3. Once approved, our customer service team will notify the customer to bring the product to a designated service center for replacement*.
*Product Replacement: Replacement items can only be exchanged for the same product. If the requested replacement product is out of stock, customers may choose to exchange for another product or receive a voucher, which can only be used on qivation.com.
Return and Exchange Terms
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective, opened, or used products, or for damages caused by human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, breakage, or dirt.
- Minor defects, color differences between photos and actual products, or slight measurement discrepancies are not valid reasons for returns or exchanges.
- If we have sent the incorrect product, the company will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the customer cannot visit the designated service center in person and requires shipping, the customer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
- Products must remain in their original packaging, brand new, and unopened. The packaging box is considered part of the product and must be kept clean for returns or exchanges.
- Any free gifts must also be returned; otherwise, the company reserves the right to charge the full price of the gift.
- The company reserves the right to test and verify the product issue before approving a replacement. Only confirmed issues will be eligible for replacement.
