Return Policy

Please note that our Return Policy is only applicable to orders and purchases made on our official website.

We offer free returns within 30 days if there are quality issues from the receipt of items. Please contact us via support@qivation.com or (+852) 28927398.

To be eligible for a return, your return request must be due to product quality and the item must be returned to us, in the same condition that you received it with all accessories, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not accept any product return / exchange request for reasons that is not relevant to product quality.

If it is verified that the problem is not caused by human or improper use, we will arrange return / exchange. Once an exchange or refund offer is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: (a) refund to your payment method (b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available) within 2-3 working days.

We monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

The below reasons are treated as normal conditions but not a quality issue:
  • Any minor color difference varies from the product photos may be due to the lighting for photo shooting, the resolution of display monitor or personal perception;
  • Any minor size difference varies from the product specification that may be caused by different measuring methods;
  • Non-major blemishes
