We offer free returns within 30 days if there are quality issues from the receipt of items. For any return or replacement requests after the 30 days and under the effective warranty period, customer should return the goods with original packaging and goods conditions together with the purchase receipt no later than thirty (30) days after the manifestation of a problem

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your request must be due to product quality and the item must be returned to us, in the same condition that you received it with all accessories, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not accept any product return or replacement request for reasons that are not relevant to product quality.
If it is verified that the problem is not caused by human or improper use, we will arrange a return or replacement. Once a replacement or refund offer is confirmed, you will receive the choice of (a) refund to your payment method (b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available) within 2-3 working days.
We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
The below reasons are treated as normal conditions but not a quality issue:
- Any minor color difference varies from the product photos may be due to the lighting for photo shooting, the resolution of display monitor or personal perception;
- Any minor size difference varies from the product specification that may be caused by different measuring methods;
- Non-major blemishes
